Service providers and connected services
These providers help Doveline host the service, provide optional AI features, deliver email, and play videos selected by instructors. Embedded services may receive information directly from a user's browser.

| Microsoft Azure | Application hosting, database, private media storage, monitoring, and recovery. | Account, course, content, activity, security, and support data stored by Doveline. | Application data is primarily stored in the United States. Doveline uses encryption and access controls, and removes recovery copies under the periods on the Data deletion page. |
| OpenAI | Assistant responses, search, transcript tools, and instructor AI features. | The user's request and the minimum relevant course, transcript, audio, or discussion context needed for the requested feature. | Doveline does not opt in to general-purpose model training with customer or Student Data. OpenAI may retain limited abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days under its standard API controls. |
| Google Workspace | Transactional and support email delivery. | Recipient email address, message subject and body, delivery status, and information required for the requested communication. | Doveline uses email data only to deliver and troubleshoot requested service communications, not for advertising. |
| YouTube | Playback of videos an instructor chooses to embed. | Browser and network information sent directly to YouTube when embedded content loads or plays; the selected video identifier. | YouTube is an optional embedded service and may act under its own terms rather than solely as Doveline's subprocessor. It is not used for advertising by Doveline. |
